Been to a club membership renewal, this evening an this subject came up, some carpers told me this idiot was fishing at Boundry water park near Holme Chapel, and sinse he did this idiotic cruel thing, he has had his membership cancelled from Winsford, and also Nantwich anglers. His name has been added to our clubs list of not welcome. Was told his name is Oliver Aston but all above is hearsay but from reliable guys.

avoid the clip-on plummets like the plague - they drop off far too often,, and can damage the line where the plummet clips the line

You could have been describing my day last Sunday on a small lake after leaving river . I to had nice net of roach, a tench and couple of stonking perch on pinkie's,the water was gin clear so I caught a couple then it went dead then caught again all through the day.Fine line and small hooks were the order of the day as the roach could see well especially since I dropped my bl##dy glasses into the water

Is 'shag' a common one in Leicestershire Scribe or is it just that muppet Kirtons who uses it?
